Dr. Lennard received his MD from Louisiana State University and is currently a clinical assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Arkansas as well as author of Pain Procedures in Clinical Practice, 3rd Edition.

Dr. Walker holds a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and is currently a neurology professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine as well as an author of Neuromuscular Ultrasound.
