Dr. Rich is a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award of the American Association of Immunologists as well as editor-in-chief of Clinical Immunology, 4th Edition. He is currently a professor at the University of Alabama, Birmingham.

Dr. Schroeder earned his MD at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and is currently a professor of medicine and microbiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is co-author of Clinical Immunology, 4th Edition.

Dr. Shearer received his MD from Washington University, St. Louis and is currently a pediatrics and immunology professor at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston as well as co-author of Clinical Immunology, 4th Edition.
