Richard Wilson, MD, MS is Associate Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland; and Director of Stroke Rehabilitation, MetroHealth Rehabilitation Institute. He is a co-author of Stroke Rehabilitation.

 

Dr. Wilson earned his MD from the Medical College of Ohio and performed a fellowship at MetroHealth Medical Center. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

 

Dr. Wilson’s research interests are in issues related to not only improving function after stroke but also of economic evaluation of rehabilitative care, and the association of policy and outcomes of rehabilitative care. His current research also involves interventions to reduce post-stroke shoulder pain.
