Robert M. Kliegman, MD is a well-known neonatologist and leader in the field of pediatric education and training whose research focuses on neonatal gastroenterology and nutrition. He serves as executive vice president of the Children’s Research Institute; pediatrician-in-chief and Pamela and Leslie Muma Chair of Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin; and professor and chair of pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Kliegman earned his medical degree at SUNY Brooklyn and completed both his internship and residency in pediatrics at Colombia Presbyterian Medical Center. He is an author of Nelson Textbook of Pediatrics, 19th Edition.
