Dr. Wakefield is an author of numerous texts within the field of ultrasound and rheumatology, including Essential Applications of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Rheumatology. He is a senior lecturer at Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine.

Dr. Waldman holds an MD from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and is currently Director of the Headache and Pain Center in Leawood, Kansas as well as author of the Atlas of Pain Management Injection Techniques, 3rd Edition.

Dr. Walker holds a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and is currently a neurology professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine as well as an author of Neuromuscular Ultrasound.
