There is an index of drug names, which is to be expected, but there is also an index of ocular signs and symptoms with a listing of the drugs that can be associated. This makes the book a valuable resource for both students and practicing physicians. It is easily understood and well organized.
Assessment
With the always advancing science of pharmacology and toxicology, this updated edition is a welcome addition to any ophthalmic library. It is well written and easy to find information quickly. The addition of an online version is a bonus that provides the ability to have the information in any exam room with just a few keystrokes.
