Finally, chapter 12 discusses the future of this therapeutic approach, including mechanism of resistance, combination therapies, and emerging drugs in this exciting and rapidly growing field. Written by leading experts in the field, the chapters are well thought out and well presented with sufficient tables, illustrations, and impressive bibliographies.
