Amber S. Tully, MD is an assistant professor in the Medicine Institute at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. She is the co-author, with James Studdiford, MD, FACP, of USMLE Images for the Boards.
Dr. Tully has been a collaborator with Dr. Studdiford on two additional publication projects. While still a medical student, she co-developed a medical imaging database, Jefferson Clinical Images, which currently holds over 1,200 images, board review questions, clinical cases, and lectures. Drs. Tully and Studdiford are also the co-authors of Top Doc, a medical quiz iPhone app released in 2010.
Dr. Tully received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2005, and performed a residency in family medicine at the same institution. Her undergraduate work was at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2011.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Tully has specialty interests in dermatology, women’s health, plastic surgery, physical diagnosis, and clinical images.
Dr. Tully has been the recipient of a number of leadership awards including the Family Medicine Education Consortium Emerging Leader Award, the AAFP/Bristol Myers Squibb Award for Excellence in Graduate Medical Education, the William Potter Memorial Prize in Clinical Medicine, the Arthur Krieger Memorial Prize in Family Medicine, the Drs. Ronald R. and Henry Pohl Prize for Professionalism, and the J. Savacool Prize in Medical Ethics. In addition, Dr. Tully is an author of several papers.
