David K. James, MA, MD, FRCOG, DCH is a professor of fetomaternal medicine at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, UK. His research in the field has focused on fetal neurobehavioral development and fetal learning. He has authored several reviews, book chapters, and books in this field, including High Risk Pregnancy, 4th Edition.
Dr. James is a founding member of the British Maternal and Fetal Medicine Society, and has been awarded the BMA Medical Book award. He works collaboratively with researchers across England to develop a fetal ECG.
