Donald H. Lee, MD is a professor of orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He is also a member of the Vanderbilt Shoulder Center and the academic and hand fellowship director of the Orthopaedic Surgery-Plastic Surgery Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship. A prolific author, Dr. Lee has published numerous articles in scholarly journals, and is editor of the text Operative Techniques: Shoulder and Elbow Surgery.
Dr. Lee holds an MD from West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in orthopaedics at George Washington University School of Medicine. He also was the Senior Annie C. Kane Hand Fellow at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, and the American Orthopaedic Association, the Association of Bone and Joint Surgeons, among others.
