Donald C. Oxorn, MD, CM, FRCPC, FACC, DNBE, is a Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He holds expertise in cardiothoracic anesthesiology, with specific focus in transesophageal echocardiography. Dr. Oxorn is author of Intraoperative Echocardiography, a volume in the Practical Echocardiography Series.
Dr. Oxorn is board certified in Anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He is also certified in Adult TEE by the National Board of Echocardiography. He is also a diplomate of the National Board of Echocardiography.
