Jack L. Cronenwett, MD is Chief of the Section of Vascular Surgery at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and Professor of Surgery at Dartmouth Medical School. He has been recognized as a pioneer in the field of vascular surgery. Dr. Cronenwett has served as president of the Society of Vascular Surgery, and organized the Vascular Study Group of New England.
Dr. Cronenwett is co-editor of the Journal of Vascular Surgery and editor of the seventh edition of Rutherford’s Vascular Surgery. During his illustrious career, he has published more than 250 peer-reviewed health articles, medical books and book chapters. In 2010, Dr. Cronenwett received the prestigious Julius H. Jacobson II Award for Physician Excellence during the annual meeting of the Vascular Disease Foundation.
