James C. Reed, MD serves as professor of radiology at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Radiology. His honors and awards include the James L. Quinn III, MD Award for Teaching Excellence from Wake Forest University, and the Joint Service Commendation Medal from the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology.
Dr. Reed’s specialty interests include thoracic imaging. He has contributed chapters in several medical books and has served on the editorial boards of various medical publications, including Investigative Radiology and the American Journal of Roentgenology. Dr. Reed is also author of the text Chest Radiology: Plain Film Patterns and Differential Diagnosis, 6th Edition.
