Joseph S. Yu, MD trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology under Donald Resnick and received board certification in 1992. Currently, Dr. Yu is Vice Chair for Education, Professor of Radiology, Director of the Radiology Residency Program and Section Chief for Musculoskeletal Radiology at Ohio State University Medical School.

In addition to his academic responsibilities, Dr. Yu is Section Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology at the Ohio State University Medical Center. His clinical interests focus mainly on MR imaging, trauma, and pathology of the foot, ankle, knee, wrist, and shoulder. His research interests relate to mechanisms of injury, injury patterns, and 8-tesla MRI. Dr. Yu is an examiner for the radiology oral boards. He has published over one-hundred peer-reviewed health articles and eighty abstracts, and is author of Online Case Review – Musculoskeletal Imaging, 2nd Edition.
