Fans of the single-authored book can rest easy, as the authors have done a wonderful job of maintaining the pragmatic approach of earlier editions. Although extensive revisions and updates have been made, they augment rather than replace the original voice of the book. MORE

It’s easy on the eyes, easy to read and digest, and particularly strong in balancing detail and brevity.
