But each new edition provides an up-to-date comprehensive discussion on the myriad challenges healthcare professionals encounter daily, making the book more relevant and valuable to today’s medical and legal professionals.

While all 82 chapters provide cutting-edge analyses of legal issues in medicine, I would point out that this new edition has a comprehensive discussion of artificial intelligence use in medicine under the section Legal Medicine in the Digital Age. This section analyzes the transformative impact of digital healthcare, including the history and use of AI, as well as AI liability theories in medicine. But again, there are 82 chapters in this book, all of which are equally exciting.
