Miller, MD, a top-rated anesthesiologist and one of the best-known anesthesia authors in the world, is the Professor and Chairman of the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Care, as well as a Professor of Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. Dr. Miller completed his residency and fellowship in anesthesiology at UCSF after obtaining his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
