Christopher J. Hartman, MD is Assistant Professor of Urology at The Smith Institute for Urology, Hofstra-Northwell School of Medicine, Long Island, New York. He is a co-author of Handbook of Surgical Technique: A True Surgeon’s Guide to Navigating the Operating Room.

Dr. Hartman graduated medical school from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University and performed a residency at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System.

His areas of clinical expertise include minimally invasive surgery, stone disease, and surgical oncology.
