Santiago Martínez-Jiménez, MD is Professor of Radiology, University of Missouri-Kansas City, Department of Radiology, Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City, Kansas City, Missouri. He is a co-author of Specialty Imaging: HRCT of the Lung, 2nd Edition.
Dr. Martínez-Jiménez received his medical degree from Colegio Mayor/Nuestra Senora Del Bogota. He did his residency at Hospital De San Jose Bogata and performed a thoracic radiology fellowship at Duke University Hospital. He is board certified in diagnostic radiology.
In 2017, Dr. Martínez-Jiménez received the RSNA Honored Educator award for his dedication to furthering educational scholarship in the field of radiology. He was also a speaker at the 2017 State of the Art in Chest Imaging International Symposium in Barcelona.
