Sara Rynders is a NCCPA certified physician assistant who works in the field of Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Virginia Hand Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. She has special expertise in arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, fractures, tendonitis and overuse syndromes.
Rynders earned a BS in Health Sciences from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences in Boston. She also has a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences, also in Boston. She has worked for the University of Virginia Department of Orthopaedics Division of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery, since September 2006.
Rynders is co-author of Orthopaedics for Physician Assistants.
