Dr. Bersten is a professor, co-founder of Lung Health Diagnostics Pty Ltd and Head of the Critical Care Medicine Department at Flinders Medical Centre, Australia. He is also co-author of Oh’s Intensive Care Manual, 6th Edition.

Dr. Cockrill received her MD from the University of Washington and is currently Clinical Director of the Pulmonary Vascular Disease Program at Massachusetts General Hospital as well as co-author of Principles of Pulmonary Medicine.

Dr. Colt earned his MD from the University of Nice, France and is currently Director of Clinical Programs in pulmonary & critical care medicine at the University of California at Irvine. He is the author of Bronchoscopy & Central Airway Disorders.

Dr. Kaminsky received his MD from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is currently a pulmonary & critical care medicine professor at the University of Vermont College of Medicine and author of Netter's Illustrations: Respiratory System.
