Dr. Alam completed his MD at Yale University and is currently a professor of dermatology, otolaryngology & surgery at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine. He is an editor of the Procedures in Cosmetic Dermatology series.

Dr. Anderson earned his MD at Ohio State University and is the author of The Netter Collection of Medical Illustrations - Integumentary System, 2nd Edition, as well as an associate professor of dermatology at Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Bolognia is a Past President of the Medical Dermatology Society and is currently a dermatology professor at Yale University, School of Medicine. She is an author of Dermatology and editor of Dermatological Signs of Internal Disease.

Dr. Campbell received his MD from Dartmouth Medical School where he is currently Adjunct Associate Professor of Dermatology. He is also co-author of Skin Disease, 3rd Edition and Dermatology DDx Deck, 2nd Edition.

Alastair Carruthers, MA, is an author of Botulinum Toxin, 3rd Edition and Soft Tissue Augmentation, 3rd Edition as well as Clinical Professor of Dermatology with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia.
