Dr. Bochner is currently a professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore and is an author of numerous texts, including Middleton’s Allergy: Principles and Practice, 7th Edition.

Dr. Burks received his MD from the University of Arkansas and is currently a professor and Chief of Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, as well as co-author of the text, Food Allergy.

Dr. Busse received his MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, Madison, where he is currently an allergy & immunology professor as well as co-author of Middleton’s Allergy: Principles and Practice, 7th Edition.

Linda S. Cox, MD is in private practice at Allergy and Asthma Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at University of Miami School of Medicine and Nova Southeastern University School of Osteopathic Medicine. MORE
