Dr. Actor received his PhD from the University of Massachusetts and is currently a professor and course director at the University of Texas Health Center, Houston as well as author of Elsevier's Integrated Review of Immunology & Microbiology.

Dr. Bochner is currently a professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore and is an author of numerous texts, including Middleton’s Allergy: Principles and Practice, 7th Edition.

Dr. Busse received his MD from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, Madison, where he is currently an allergy & immunology professor as well as co-author of Middleton’s Allergy: Principles and Practice, 7th Edition.

Dr. Fleisher received his medical & pediatric training at University of Minnesota and is currently Chief of the Immunology Service at the NIH Clinical Center as well as co-author of the textbook, Immunology, 4th Edition.
