Joseph J. Volpe, MD is Bronson Crothers Professor of Neurology, Harvard Medical School and  Neurologist-in-Chief Emeritus, Children's Hospital, Boston. He is the senior editor of Volpe's Neurology of the Newborn, 6th Edition.

Dr. Vrana earned his PhD from Louisiana State University Medical Center and is currently a distinguished professor and Chair of Pharmacology at Penn State College of Medicine. He is co-author of Elsevier's Integrated Review: Pharmacology.

Dr. Wakefield is an author of numerous texts within the field of ultrasound and rheumatology, including Essential Applications of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in Rheumatology. He is a senior lecturer at Leeds Institute of Molecular Medicine.

Dr. Waldman holds an MD from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and is currently Director of the Headache and Pain Center in Leawood, Kansas as well as author of the Atlas of Pain Management Injection Techniques, 3rd Edition.

Dr. Walker holds a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and is currently a neurology professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine as well as an author of Neuromuscular Ultrasound.
