David Gershenson, MD, is a Distinguished Chair in gynecologic oncology and an obstetrics & gynecology professor at the University of Texas, Houston as well as co-author of Comprehensive Gynecology, 6th Edition.
Dr. Hull received her MD from Ohio State University and has been a professor of colorectal surgery at the Cleveland Clinic since 1993. She is the author of Posterior Pelvic Floor Abnormalities, a volume in the Female Pelvic Surgery Video Atlas series.
Dr. James is an author of numerous texts, including High Risk Pregnancy, 4th Edition. He is a founding member of the British Maternal and Fetal Medicine Society and professor of fetomaternal medicine at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham, UK.
Dr. Jauniaux is an obstetrics & fetal medicine professor and honorary consultant at the University College of London as well as co-author of Obstetrics: Normal and Problem Pregnancies, 6th Edition.
Dr. Karram is currently Director of Urogynecology at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and a volunteer professor of OB/GYN at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. He is author of Urogynocology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.
