Dr. Herkowitz is an editor of the text, Rothman Simeone The Spine as well as a prolific author. He is currently a Director of the Section of Spine Surgery at William Beaumont Hospital in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Herring received his MD from Baylor University College of Medicine and is currently an orthopaedics professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center as well as co-author of Tachdijan’s Pediatric Orthopaedics.

Dr. Hotchkiss completed his MD at Johns Hopkins Medical School and is currently Director of Research for the Hand & Upper Extremity Service at the Hospital for Special Surgery as well as editor of Green’s Operative Hand Surgery, 6th Edition.

Dr. Iannotti received his MD from Northwestern University and is currently an orthopaedic surgery professor at the Cleveland Clinic. He is author of Netter Collection of Medical Illustrations-Musculoskeletal System, 2nd Edition.

Dr. Kocher earned his MD from Duke University and currently holds many leadership positions at Children’s Hospital Boston including Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also co-author of the text, Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.
