Dr. Kofke earned his MD from the University of Pittsburg and is currently a director of many departments at the University of Pennsylvania as well as co-author of the text, Monitoring in Neurocritical Care.

Dr. Koltzenburg attended medical school in Kiel, Germany and is now a clinical neurophysiology professor at the Institute of Neurology and co-author of Wall and Melzack’s Textbook of Pain, 6th Edition.

Dr. Lanken is an author of numerous texts within the field of anesthesiology, including The Intensive Care Unit Manual, 2nd Edition. He is Chief of the Critical Care Section’s Pulmonary, Allergy & Critical Care Division at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lumb received his MD from Westminster Medical School and is currently a professor and Chair of Anesthesiology at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles as well as editor of the Journal of Critical Care.

Dr. Marschall received her MD from Georgetown University School of Medicine and is an assistant professor of anesthesiology at Yale University. She is co-author of Stoelting's Anesthesia and Co-Existing Disease.
