Robert Kormos, MD, is a professor of surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh and co-author of Mechanical Circulatory Support: A Companion to Braunwald's Heart Disease.
Dr. Koster graduated cum laude from Creighton University Medical School where she is currently Assistant Director of the Cardiovascular Fellowship Program. She is the author of Cardiovascular Imaging Review.
Dr. Lasala received hid MD from the University of Connecticut and is currently a cardiology professor at Washington University, St. Louis, as well as co-author of Interventional Procedures for Adult Structural Heart Disease.
Dr. Levine earned his MD from Columbia University and is currently a cardiology professor at Baylor College and Director of Cardiac Care at Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center as well as author of Cardiology Secrets, 4th Edition.
Dr. Lewin completed his MD at Keck School of Medicine at USC and is currently Chief of the Division of Cardiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital as well as co-author of Echocardiography in Congenital Heart Disease.
