Dr. Kouchoukos is a prominent, award-winning general surgeon and co-author of Kirklin/Barratt-Boyes Cardiac Surgery, 4th Edition. He is currently the Attending Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgeon at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.

Dr. Kozarek earned his MD from the University of Wisconsin and is currently the Chief of Gastroenterology at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. He is aslo co-author of the text, ERCP, 2nd Edition.

Dr. Krachmer is an innovative researcher of corneal and external diseases as well as author of numerous texts, including Cornea, 3rd Edition. He is former professor and Chair of Ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Kryger is editor of Principles & Practice of Sleep Medicine and former president of both the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Canadian Sleep Society. He is currently a physician and professor at the Yale School of Medicine.
