Dr. Blackstone received his MD from the University of Chicago School of Medicine and is currently Head of Clinical Investigations at the Sydell & Arnold Miller Family Heart & Vascular Institute at the Cleveland Clinic as well as author of Cardiac Surgery.

Dr. Blumgart earned his MD at the University of Sheffield Medical School and is an author of Blumgart's Surgery of the Liver, Biliary Tract and Pancreas. He is currently a professor at Cornell University Medical Center.

Dr. Buchwald has chaired or presided over many professional medical societies. He is currently the Director of the Fairview -University Obesity Surgery Center as well as co-author of Surgical Management of Obesity.

Dr. Cameron received his surgical training from Johns Hopkins University where he is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery as well as co-author of Current Surgical Therapy, 10th Edition.

Dr. Cameron served as a distinguished professor at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as well chief of surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. He is author of Current Surgical Therapy, 10th Edition.
