Dr. Kapural holds an MD from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine, Republic of Croatia and is an anesthesiology professor at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. He is author of Diagnosis, Management, and Treatment of Discogenic Pain.

Dr. Karpa received her PhD from Penn State University where she is currently an associate professor of pharmacology and the Director of Pharmacology Medical Education. She is co-author of Elsevier's Integrated Review: Pharmacology.

Dr. Karram is currently Director of Urogynecology at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati and a volunteer professor of OB/GYN at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. He is author of Urogynocology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.

Dr. Kastan received his MD from the Washington University School of Medicine and is currently executive director of the Duke Cancer Institute as well as co-author of Abeloff’s Clinical Oncology, 4th Edition.

Dr. Katz received his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is a well-known author of epidemiology and public heath texts, including Jekel’s Epidemiology, Biostatics, Preventive Medicine, and Public Health, 4th Edition.
