Dr. Carlson received his MD from the University of Minnesota and is currently a Professor Emeritus of Anatomy and Research at the University of Michigan. He is the author of Human Development and Developmental Biology, 5th Edition.

Dr. Carmichael is an editor and author of numerous texts within the field of anatomy, including Gray's Anatomy Review. He most recently served as Chairman of Anatomy at Mayo Clinic School of Medicine.

Dr. Carr-Locke received his MD from the University of Cambridge, England and is currently Director of Endoscopy at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, as well as co-author of ERCP, 2nd Edition.
