Dr. Gray is the leading US authority on ultrasound guidance in regional anesthesia. He is currently an anesthesia professor at University of California, San Francisco and editor of the Atlas of Ultrasound-Guided Regional Anesthesia, 2nd Edition.

Dr. Groban is the author of the TEE Pocket Manual and Conquer the PTE Exam as well as professor of anesthesiology and cardiothoracic anesthesia at the Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University.

Dr. Hagberg earned her MD at the University of Texas Medical School, Houston where she is currently a professor & Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology. She is also an author of Benumof and Hagberg's Airway Management, 3rd Edition.

Dr. Hall received his MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and is currently an author of Anesthesia: A Comprehensive Review, 4th Edition and an assistant professor of anesthesiology at the Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Hayek received his MD from the American University of Beirut and is currently Chief of the Division of Pain Medicine at University Hospitals of Cleveland as well as author of Neurostimulation for the Treatment of Chronic Pain.
