Dr. Fletcher earned his MD at Guy’s and Saint Thomas’ Hospitals in London and is currently director of Surgical Pathology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as well as author of Diagnostic Histopathology of Tumors, 4th Edition.

Dr. Flint is an author of numerous texts within the field of otolaryngology, including Cummings Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is currently Chairman of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery Oregon Health and Science University.

Dr. Floege is Head of the Division of Nephrology & Immunology and Vice Dean of the medical school at the University of Aachen, Germany. He is also an author of Comprehensive Clinical Nephrology, 4th Edition.

Dr. Florin holds his MD from the University of Rochester and is currently a fellow of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as well as co-author of Netter's Pediatrics.

Agnes Fogo, MD, is a pathology, medicine and pediatrics professor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and the co-author of Diagnostic Atlas of Renal Pathology, 2nd Edition.
