Dr. Almeida is an award-winning vascular surgeon and pioneer who was trained at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is the founder of the Miami Vein Center as well as author of the Atlas of Endovascular Venous Surgery.

Dr. Aminoff earned his MD from the University College Hospital Medical School and is currently a distinguished neurology professor at UCSF as well as the author of Aminoff's Electrodiagnosis in Clinical Neurology, 6th Edition.

Dr. Anastasi has worked in hematopathology for over 25 years and is currently the director of the clinical hematology laboratory and a pathology professor at the University of Chicago. He is an author of Hematology, 6th Edition.

Dr. Anderson earned his MD at Ohio State University and is the author of The Netter Collection of Medical Illustrations - Integumentary System, 2nd Edition, as well as an associate professor of dermatology at Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Anderson received his MD from UCLA and is currently a professor and Chief of Musculoskeletal Radiology at the University of Virginia Health System as well as co-author of the Atlas of Normal Roentgen Variants That May Stimulate Disease.
