Dr. Stein earned an MD from the University of Toronto Medical School where he is currently a professor of Ophthalmology. He is also an Attending Ophthalmologist at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto as well as lead author of The Ophthalmic Assistant.

Dr. Taylor trained at St. Paul’s Eye Hospital in Liverpool and is Professor Emeritus of ophthalmology at the University College London. He is co-author of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, 4th Edition.

Cynthia Toth, MD is a Vitreoretinal Surgeon at Duke Eye Center; Joseph A.C. Wadsworth Professor of Ophthalmology at Duke University School of Medicine; and Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Pratt School of Engineering, Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Trattler received his doctorate of medicine from the University of Miami and is currently a specialist at the Center for Excellence in Eye Care. He is co-author of the textbook, Review of Ophthalmology, 2nd Edition.

Anthony G. Tyers, FRCS(Eng), FRCS(Ed), FRCOphth is Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury, UK and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London.  He is a co-author of Colour Atlas of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery, 4th Edition.
