Dr. Lockwood earned an MD from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently Dean & Vice President for Health Sciences at the Ohio State University College of Medicine and editor of Creasy and Resnik's Maternal-Fetal Medicine, 6th Edition.

Bari M. Logan, MA is the co-author of McMinn's Color Atlas of Foot and Ankle Anatomy, 4th Edition, as well as a prosector in the Department of Anatomy at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in London, UK.

Dr. Long completed her MD at Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia and is currently Section Chief of Infectious Diseases at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children and editor of Principles and Practice of Pediatric Infectious Disease.

Dr. Losee is an editor of Plastic Surgery, 3rd Edition: Volume 3 as well as a pediatric plastic surgery professor at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has also served as Director of The American Board of Plastic Surgery.
