Andrew Horvai, MD, is an associate professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. Dr. Horvai is an author of the text, Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology.

Dr. Hotchkiss completed his MD at Johns Hopkins Medical School and is currently Director of Research for the Hand & Upper Extremity Service at the Hospital for Special Surgery as well as editor of Green’s Operative Hand Surgery, 6th Edition.

Dr. Hoyt received his MD from Cornell University Medical Center and is currently Emeritus Professor & Chair of the Department of Ophthalmology at the UCSF as well as co-author of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, 4th Edition.

Dr. Hruza has authored more than 130 publications, including Lasers and Lights, 3rd Edition. He is currently a professor of dermatology and otolaryngology at the Saint Louis University Medical School.
