Dr. Small is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and is currently a family and community medicine professor at the University of California, San Francisco as well as co-author of Dermatologic and Cosmetic Procedures in Office Practice.

Dr. Small earned his MD at Harvard Medical School in Boston and is currently a diagnostic radiology physician at Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts as well as author of the text, Neuroradiology.

Dr. Smith completed his MD from Northwestern University, Chicago and is currently a professor of clinical OB/GYN at the Indiana University School of Medicine as well as an author of The Netter Collection of Illustrations: Reproductive System.

Dr. Smith holds an MD from the University of Tennessee, Memphis and is currently a distinguished professor of urologic surgery at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine as well as author of Hinman’s Atlas of Urologic Surgery, 3rd Edition.

Dr. Snyder earned his MD at Louisiana State University, Shreveport and is currently a professor of colon and rectal surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Houston. He is co-author of Colorectal Surgery.
