Dr. Reed is an award-winning radiologist who serves on the editorial boards of numerous journals as well as author of Chest Radiology, 6th Edition. He is currently a radiology professor at the University of Louisville School of Medicine.

Dr. Reed is a co-author of Clinical Cases in Anesthesia, 3rd Edition and the Professor of Anesthesiology at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York and is on staff in the Department of Anesthesiology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Reich received his MD from Jefferson Medical College and is currently a professor and chair of anesthesiology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York, as well as co-author of Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography.

Dr. Reider earned an MD from Harvard Medical School and is currently professor of orthopaedic surgery and rehabilitation medicine at the University of Chicago as well as the author of Operative Techniques: Sports Medicine Surgery.

Dr. Resnik earned his MD from Case Western Reserve University and is Professor Emeritus of Reproductive Medicine at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine as well as editor of Creasy and Resnik’s Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
