Dr. Movalia holds an MD from Flinders University School of Medicine and is currently the Medical Director at Affiliated Laboratories, Inc., as well as an editor of Brochert's Crush Step 3, 4th Edition.

Susan Mulroney, PhD is a prominent physiologist and professor in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at Georgetown University as well as editor of Netter's Essential Physiology.

Dr. Murphy is double board-certified in facial plastic &reconstructive surgery and otolaryngology-head and neck surgery as well as Director of Palm Beach Facial Plastic Surgery in West Palm Beach, FL. He is co-author of Master Techniques in Rhinoplasty.

Dr. Murray earned his MD at Baylor College of Medicine and is currently an anesthesiology professor at the Mayo Medical School, Scottsdale as well as author of the textbook, Faust's Anesthesiology Review, scheduled to publish in 2014.
