Dr. Shapiro received her MD from University of Miami School of Medicine and is currently an associate neurology professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and co-author of Electromyography & Neuromuscular Disorders.

Dr. Shea is the author of numerous texts within the field of psychiatry, including the renowned book, Psychiatric Interviewing. He is currently Director of the Training Institute for Suicide Assessment and Clinical Interviewing.

Dr. Shearer received his MD from Washington University, St. Louis and is currently a pediatrics and immunology professor at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston as well as co-author of Clinical Immunology, 4th Edition.

Dr. Sheldon graduated from Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and is currently a pediatrics professor at Northwest University as well as senior editor of Principles and Practice of Pediatric Sleep Medicine.
