Dr. Berry has served as vice president and second vice president of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is also an author of Surgery of the Hip and an orthopaedic surgery professor at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Dr. Berry earned his MD from the University of Texas Medical School, Houston and is currently an anesthesiology professor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee as well as an author of Anesthesia Equipment.

Dr. Bersten is a professor, co-founder of Lung Health Diagnostics Pty Ltd and Head of the Critical Care Medicine Department at Flinders Medical Centre, Australia. He is also co-author of Oh’s Intensive Care Manual, 6th Edition.
