Dr. Turk is an Endowed Chair in anesthesiology & pain research and professor at the University of Washington in Seattle. He is co-author of Wall & Melzack's Textbook of Pain, 6th Edition.

Dr. Turnpenny is an author of numerous texts within the field of genetics, including Emery's Elements of Medical Genetics, 14th Edition. He currently serves as a consultant in Clinical Genetics at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital in England.

Anthony G. Tyers, FRCS(Eng), FRCS(Ed), FRCOphth is Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon, Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury, UK and Moorfields Eye Hospital, London.  He is a co-author of Colour Atlas of Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery, 4th Edition.
