Dr. Katz received his degree from UCLA and is currently a clinical professor of obstetrics & gynecology at Oregon Health Sciences University as well as co-author of the textbook, Comprehensive Gynecology, 6th Edition.

Dr. Katz received his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is a well-known author of epidemiology and public heath texts, including Jekel’s Epidemiology, Biostatics, Preventive Medicine, and Public Health, 4th Edition.

David Kaufman, MD is a professor and Deputy Director of Residency Training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, as well as the author of Kaufman's Clinical Neurology for Psychiatrists, 7th Edition.

Dr. Kaufman received his MD from Boston University and is currently a professor at Oregon Health and Sciences University as well as an author of numerous texts, including the textbook, Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Kavoussi is chairman of urology for the North Shore-LIJ Health System and professor of Urology at New York University School of Medicine as well an co-author of Campbell-Walsh Urology, 10th Edition.
