Dr. Kocher earned his MD from Duke University and currently holds many leadership positions at Children’s Hospital Boston including Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also co-author of the text, Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Koeppen received his MD from the University of Chicago and went on to be the founding dean of the Frank H. Netter, MD, School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University. He is also co-author of Renal Physiology, 5th Edition.

Dr. Kofke earned his MD from the University of Pittsburg and is currently a director of many departments at the University of Pennsylvania as well as co-author of the text, Monitoring in Neurocritical Care.
