Dr. Preston earned his MD at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine where he is a neurology professor and an editor of the third edition of Electromyography & Neuromuscular Disorders.

Dr. Price earned his MD from UCLA and is currently Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Scripps Clinic, California. He is author of Coronary Stenting: A Companion to Topol’s Textbook of Interventional Cardiology.

Dr. Procop earned his MD from Marshall University School of Medicine and is currently chairman of clinical pathology at the Cleveland Clinic. He is author of numerous texts, including Pathology of Infectious Diseases.
